Building the Observatory has required the development of numerous procedures for information processing. We want to be as transparent as possible as we put it together so that specialist and non-specialist users can have confidence in our work. 

To this end, we are preparing a series of reports documenting our decisions and processes. These reports will be living documents, updated as additional decisions are made and new data are incorporated into the platform.
